Working Student (f/m/d) - Corporate Health Management

Our HR team is looking for a new team member to join our Occupational Health Management (BGM) department in Berlin. As a working student, you will support our team in creating a healthy and motivating work environment.

Tasks

• Supporting health initiatives: Planning, organizing, and implementing health actions such as workshops, seminars, or health days.
• Creating reports and presentations: Preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Administrative support: Managing documents, planning appointments, and coordinating appointments with the occupational health department.
• Communication: Creating content for the intranet, researching current health topics, and communicating independently with other HR teams and departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for a student in the field of Health Management, Sports Science, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field who wants to shape modern and service-oriented personnel work with us. You should have the following skills:

• Attention to detail and a high degree of flexibility.
• Independent and structured work.
• Engagement, openness, and strong communication skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Availability of approximately 15-20 hours per week.
