System Administrator

Do you have experience as a System Administrator and want to take your skills to the next level? At Arsys, we are looking for professionals to collaborate in operating our innovative products. If this is your profile, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Architecture team in executing projects for the implementation of new products.
• Review the lifecycle and ensure the proper functioning of systems in production.
• Manage system capacity, detecting and communicating necessary changes for sustainable growth.
• Provide expert support in incident resolution, working with various support levels.
• Solve complex problems and document solutions.
• Coordinate tasks during problem or crisis management.
• Take responsibility for the correct functioning of the system, assigning tasks to system technicians.
• Provide technicians with the necessary documentation and tools for platform maintenance.
• Prepare and perform interventions to ensure optimal service functioning.
• Propose proactive improvements, solve problems, and prevent bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Preferably, a higher technical degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Ability to work in Logroño 3 days a week.
• Specialization in technologies such as Virtualization (VMware, HyperV, KVM), Web Servers (Apache, IIS), Database Servers (MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server), Email Servers (Exchange, Postfix, Cyrus), and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, Object).
• Fluent English level. We work in an international environment with professionals from different countries.
• Results-oriented, adaptability to change, and ability to work collaboratively.
