Our product is built on JavaScript technologies, using TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development. We utilize NodeJS and Express for the back end, React & Redux for the front end, and GraphQL to connect them. Our code is organized into monorepos, managed by Lerna and NPM. All web applications operate on a Kubernetes-like cluster, structured as microservices.

As a QA Engineer in the Trinity Quality Assurance team, your primary responsibility will be to manually test and validate developments taking place within the product and ultimately enable the best reliable user experience for customers looking to build a website on their own.
You will have the opportunity to be part of and influence product and technical decisions, build a robust and dependable testing strategy and enable workflows and features that will allow customers to build their dream on the web.
You will work closely with experienced engineers, learning best practices and benefit from hands-on guidance from an experienced QA mentor and get up to speed with our technologies and software development lifecycle processes.
This role is designed for curious testers with eagle-eye attention to product details, who are eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects while developing their testing skills.
As a Jr. Manual QA Engineer, you will:
- Be responsible for testing our website builder product, identify functionality issues and inconsistencies and ensure a seamless user experience;
- Efficiently track, troubleshoot and report defects and errors;
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary cross-location Agile squad, working closely with Architects, Developers, QA Automation Engineers, DevOps, UXs and Product Owners to understand requirements, execute test scenarios and report bugs;
- Actively participate in the squad’s Scrum process;
- Create and perform test scenarios based on functional requirements;
- Estimate and execute assigned manual testing stories and tasks;
- Pro-actively assist QA Automation Engineers in expanding the automation frameworks with new scenarios based on the manual tests done for new product features;
- Deploy development branches with Jenkins jobs on test environment stages to validate quality of implemented features and open bugs;
- Conduct regression and integration tests on staged automation jobs, rerun and retest failed scenarios and provide detailed reports on the outcomes;
- Learn and apply best practices in manual testing and QA processes;
- Actively participate in squad discussions, sprints ceremonies, QA chapter and department meetings and provide feedback on quality-related concerns.

We appreciate:
- Minimum 2 years hands on testing web-based products;
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and discovering the QA world, having strong analytical skills and an eagle eye for details;
- Familiarity with the software development life-cycle and methodologies;
- Problem-solving skills: strong analytical skills with the ability to easily detect issues and learn new tools and technologies quickly;
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab repositories);
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana and Kibana;
- Basic understanding of Linux;
- Past experience working in an Agile development environment;
- Some experience with programming or scripting languages for further career development towards automation;
- Being a collaborative team player who is a quick learner, highly motivated and self-driven;
- Having a proactive mindset, willing to share out of the box ideas and bring them to life;
- Being highly motivated, self-driven and interested in Quality Assurance;
- Knowing and following the software testing methodology principles;
- Very good communication and self-organizing skills;
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Bonus points for:
- Previous working with Software Development teams, being part of a team releasing a product or service to the market;
- Familiarity with AI based tools;
- Prior project experience in a related field;
- ISTQB certification.
