IT Service Technician (f/m/d)
Tasks
- You monitor the server/network infrastructure - in particular Icinga/LibreNMS (including power supply, air conditioning, security systems) is your responsibility.
- You take care of the installation and configuration of network components and Linux serversYou accept and process customer reports.
- You carry out maintenance work and migrations of hardware and software.
Qualifications
- You enjoy working on site near the server landscape.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.
- Extensive knowledge of Linux environments (CentOS, AlmaLinux, Debian, Ubuntu).
- Experience in dealing with business customers.
- Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level).
