Working student (f/m/d) - CP Quality Assurance

Tasks

Our stores and control panels are the face of the company to our customers. We provide our customers with software solutions that enable them to run a successful business. They should be able to trust that it is easy to buy our products and that they can manage their data reliably. In order for them to trust us, we have to ensure high quality. As a working student, you will be involved in implementing quality assurance measures in various projects in our department.

• As part of a cross-functional team, you will be involved in the implementation of quality assurance measures during development.
• You will carry out manual tests from a customer perspective for our websites with different browser versions and mobile devices.
• You define test scenarios in close coordination with colleagues from QA and development. 
• You find bugs and track them with the help of a ticket system (JIRA).
• You create, configure and monitor automated tests for frontend and backend applications.
• Do you already have experience in programming? Support us with our test automation infrastructure - we use Insomnia, JavaScript, Github, Jenkins.

Qualifications

You are an enrolled student and can put your previously acquired knowledge into practice with us. Ideally, you are studying computer science or a related subject (Bachelor or Master).

• You are curious and open to learn new technologies.
• You show a high degree of independence and reliability.
• First experiences in the field of quality assurance are an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
• Our field is international, so a good knowledge of English is necessary, and a good knowledge of German is a plus.
• Our interdisciplinary, agile way of working requires a high level of teamwork and communication skills.
