Directors' Dealings

Management Board members and Supervisory Board members, in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MMVO), have to report the acquisition or disposal of shares/financial instruments with connection to IONOS Group SE. Securities transactions of so-called closely related parties must also be reported (this includes, for example, spouses, partners who are equivalent to a spouse, dependent children or relatives who have belonged to the same household for at least one year, as well as legal entities, trusts or partnerships that are directly or indirectly controlled by a member of one of the aforementioned bodies).
